It involves heating the fabric to 200 degrees Celsius, printing the design on paper and then transferring the ink to the fabric. With dye sublimation printing there is no limit to the number of colours available and no restrictions regarding complexity of design. Dye sublimation printing is also scratch resistant with the ink being infused within the fabric rather than just being a layer of ink on top of the fabric.

OUR PRINTING PROCESS
Our promotional pop-up tent range and printed pop-up tents provide the ultimate branding solution for commercial, corporate, and non-profit organizations.
- For PVC coated polyester, our experts incorporate a 3-stage process. The first step is to shrink the fabric before printing by passing it through a thermal heat machine at 200 degree Celsius. Following which, the artwork is printed on a special transfer paper by our imported digital printers. Both, the fabric and paper is finally processed together in a thermal heat machine to infuse the artwork on to the fabric.
- For 100% PVC, we import fabric from Belgium and use high-quality long lasting inks to create custom printed pop-up tents.The entire process takes place in 2 stages – the first stage where 6 colour ink jets print the artwork directly on the PVC surface – which is then transferred on to the fabric through our heat lacquer machine in the second step.
Our inks are fade resistant and the superior quality of our fabrics ensure that the colours from your artwork appear sharper, clearer, and more vibrant after printing. Our state-of-the-art printing process has impressed clients in over 20 countries across the globe!
