ARTWORK APPROVAL FORM

1. All text displayed on artwork template is correct.
a) All text is spelt correctly.
b) All text is the correct font.
c) All text is positioned correctly and has no other information missing.

2. Positioning of all images, logos and text is correct.

3. Artwork has not been moved or deleted.
IF your logo has been re-created, all elements are included (zoom in to the document to check your artwork).

4. All text, artwork, logos and background fabrics colours are correct.
NOTE: colours may appear different depending on the device screen used to view your artwork template. This can also include PMS colours.
IF there is no background colour shown, your marquee/banner fabric colour will be white.

5. The printing team prints using CMYK values however can only colour match with the Pantone
Matching System (PMS) Coated colours.
IF you require a colour match, you have supplied a PMS code and it appears on the artwork template.
IF PMS colours are not provided, artwork will be printed with CMYK values. This may mean the digital colours seen on screen may appear differently when printed.
IF you require a specific colour match and do not already have a PMS colour code for your company,
you can choose a PMS colour from a hardcopy Pantone® COLOR BRIDGE Coated book that best suits what you require.

6. The non-printed side of fabric colour that is allocated on the artwork template is correct (White or Black).

7. If applicable, printed wall panels are displayed correctly as inside/outside and show any required window/door notations.

8. If applicable, when ordering UV Printing 900D PU Coated Polyester. Standard colours may differ when matching to plain items and colours will vary when comparing to previous sublimation printing 600D PVC Coated Polyester orders.

9. Permission to use all copyright logos and/or images has been obtained.

I agree that the final artwork template(s) supplied to me via email look EXACTLY as I am expecting the product(s) to be printed. I understand that after approval is given Extreme Marquees is not responsible for errors/discrepancies on the final product. By checking the above box I accept responsibility for proofing all the artwork accurately and acknowledge that Extreme Marquees cannot accept responsibility for corrections not implemented and/or requested at artwork stage. I understand that reprints as a result of artwork errors will incur a fee of the full printed item price and accept all responsibility for any artwork errors. I confirm that I am authorised to approve this artwork layout for production and understand that my signature constitutes acceptance of full responsibility for any errors or discrepancies which may be due to oversight of the final proofing process.
