Yes. Before any custom order proceeds to production, we will provide you with a free digital mock-up showing your artwork applied to the marquee. You will have the opportunity to review and request revisions before you sign off. Please note that for fully custom products (such as printed marquees and custom event tents), we are unable to accept returns once production has commenced unless there is a manufacturer's fault. This is why we encourage you to carefully review your proof before approving it.

Setting up an Extreme Marquees folding gazebo is straightforward and can be done by 2 people in just a few minutes. Here's a quick overview:
1. Place the folded gazebo in the centre of your intended setup area.
2. Check the frame for any damage before unfolding.
3. Locate the "OPEN HERE" labels on the truss bars and, holding these, walk backwards to extend the frame to approximately 75% open.
4. With one person at each corner, drape the canopy over the partially extended frame and align the corners with the legs.
5. Continue extending the frame to the fully open position.
6. Push upward on the truss bars to lock the frame securely.
7. Attach and tighten all tension straps on the canopy.
8. Adjust the legs to your preferred height.

Yes — our folding marquees are designed for use on all surface types, including grass, concrete, asphalt, pavers, and decking. However, the anchoring method will differ depending on the surface. On soft ground (grass, soil, sand), use the included steel pegs and guy ropes. On hard surfaces, you must use leg weights — such as steel plate weights or PVC sandbag weights — placed around each leg. Leg weights are available as accessories in our online store. Please note: anchoring your marquee is mandatory on all surface types and is essential for safety, particularly in New Zealand's coastal and high-wind environments.

All canopies feature tight weave construction and a durable water-repellent (DWR) coating to ensure water beads and rolls off rather than soaking through. When properly anchored with pegs, guy ropes, and/or leg weights, our folding marquees can withstand wind speeds of up to approximately 40–50km/h (Beaufort Scale 6 — a strong breeze) under normal conditions. However, all marquees — including ours — are classified as temporary structures and should be dismantled or secured in adverse weather conditions, including storms, heavy rain, or gusts exceeding recommended limits. We strongly advise against leaving any marquee unattended for extended periods in challenging New Zealand weather.
