Dye Sublimation Printing
Dye Sublimation Printing is a multi-stage printing process that results in a final product that is colour rich and vibrant. It involves heating the fabric to 200 degrees Celsius, printing the design on paper and then transferring the ink to the fabric. With dye sublimation printing there is no limit to the number of colours available and no restrictions regarding complexity of design. Dye sublimation printing is also scratch resistant with the ink being infused within the fabric rather than just being a layer of ink on top of the fabric.

CUSTOM GAZEBO – FAQ’S
Yes – Extreme Marquees gazebos go great on most surfaces as long as the space is relatively flat. You can use the included ground spikes and tie-down straps to stake your marquee upon dirt or grass.
Yes – Our complete folding gazebo range is available for full roof custom printing or any combination of print package.
Your branded gazebo is portable, lightweight and can be easily set up on site by a two-member team within minutes.
Yes – All Extreme Marquees gazebos come with a wheeled carry bag, tie-down straps and ground pins.
Extreme Marquees custom gazebos are a breeze to set up. The frame and roof come in separate boxes, but joining them is quick and easy. Simply stand the frame upright, expand it part-way by pulling on the centre truss bars and throw the roof over the top. Velcro joins the roof and frame at each corner. You can then expand the frame the rest of the way until the truss leg connectors lock in place, at which point you can clip the roof straps around the cross bars.
Yes – If you or an associate have graphical expertise and would prefer to design your own custom gazebo layout, please let a member of our team know. We will happily provide you with the appropriate product print template to work with.
If you have design instructions and artwork files in the appropriate format and resolution, Extreme Marquees will handle the graphics layout of your custom gazebo at no additional charge. If you need us to recreate your artwork or branding in the correct sizing, a labour cost will be added to your invoice dependent on the time required to complete.
Once your custom artwork is approved and sent to print it can be between 10 and 14 business days depending on how busy our production department is.
Yes – Our gazebos are weatherproof and long-lasting, designed to withstand the elements and test of time. They are also waterproof, flame-retardant and UV-safe.

Yes – Almost anything can be printed on a custom gazebo, such as text information, logo and branding files, custom artwork and even photo imagery. For printing photographs, we require 300DPI high resolution image files in order to avoid pixelation or blurring when applying it to the marquee.
Our frames are available in a choice of powder-coated steel or long-lasting extruded aluminium. The canopy fabric is available in either a 500D, PVC-coated polyester or the 600D, PU-coated polyester for custom printed material.
Following the tips below will add years of use to your custom gazebo:
- Always clean your gazebo before storing it away after an event. Use a wet cloth and mild soap to wash away dust and grime.
- Don’t pack up a wet gazebo – this can lead to moisture damage and mould growth. After cleaning off any stains, be sure to dry the canopy before storing it away inside the carry bag.
- Repair tears as soon as possible.
- Pack down the gazebo during strong winds, excessive rains and thunderstorms.
- Always fold the fabric along its creases to keep the shape of the gazebo intact.
